? Gary. Nadir is after +11am again tonight. Should I shoot

So I fed him and the pre **** was 227. If I learned anything the past two nights is that the next 2 hours will be a downward trend, but maybe to relax into it and not give more food or panic? You all know better. So any help will be great

If Gary is falling in the first few hours you can give him a small snack (like a teaspoon or 2) each hour to try to keep him from diving as the insulin onsets.

I feed my cat a small snack at +1, +2, +3 each cycle and it helps her from crashing.
You can try low carb food and see if that helps. (If Gary is diving fast you can give a little higher carb)

Do you know if low carbs help him stabilize or does he need higher carbs? Each cat is different so you have to try to see what works and keep good notes.

And you can watch on the Libre to see what’s going on.
I’m sure he was high today from the skip last night.

Thank you so much! Tonight isn't as crazy as last night drop. But that's a great idea to snack him at +1 and +2. Last night I panicked and gave a med carb because he was dropping so low. But I think the low carb will work. Again, thanks
