Garland is doing wonderful!! Shes eating some on her own, but Im still tube feeding every 3-4 hours. Shes started sleeping on the bed with me like she used to, she comes out to lay on the window sills. She gets better by the day. Everyone here on FDMB saved her life! Ill be grateful forever for your kindness! You all have been here for me and Garland since that very first day I found her lying on the floor, the 7 day ER visit, the DKA, the FHL, the feeding tube, and now through her recovery. I just wanted to come over and say thank you to all of you!

I took a video of her eating today :) Just so you guys can see. (sorry its so boring LOL) It was a last minute thing, so excuse the mess LOL Also, I never give her a whole can, but I was trying to do it all one handed :-D

Wonderful to SEE her eating on her own, and we just helped out a little, you and Garland did the rest of the work. In a few more months she will have forgotten how sick she really was. Go Garland Go!

Awww.. Thanks everyone!! I will take more video of her soon. I just wanted to show you guys how she is eating on her own!! Yay!! I thought it would never happen :) Shes doing sooo well. Everyday is better than the last :)

I am so happy to see her playing :-D
and I agree, that look from her with those big eyes at the end of the video, was purrfect!
