No, she looks the same as she always looks. I did the karo and gravy. Im also feeding her the normal feeding now

Try rubbing the Karo directly on her gums, it absorbs more quickly that way.

rub honey, syrup, or karo on her gums and retest immediately to make sure the 25 is correct.

And re-test. Sometimes the strips give weird readings that aren't real.

No, she looks the same as she always looks. I did the karo and gravy. Im also feeding her the normal feeding now

please retest to make sure that 25 is correct.

also --- don't feed too much. if the 25 is correct, we don't want her to get too full as you may be fighting to bring her numbers up for a few more hours.

Gosh, I saw that 25 and panicked too! I am glad that was an error. I am also hopeful as I see Garland in the blue. You are handling this so well and although I have no advice, I do offer my support to you both. Praying for a full recovery!

to answer your question --- sometimes we get a bad reading. it may be due to not enough blood or even too much blood. could just be a faulty strip. whenever you get a test that looks like it doesn't belong, re-test immediately. this has happened to most of us at one time or another.

Thanks. I think i usually would have retested, but this R stuff has me on edge. Now I know to always retest first, whew, Im glad it was a wrong number though
