? Garfie 8/01 QUESTION about cycles

I know day 1 am is cycle 1 and pm is cycle 2 day2 is cycle 3 and so on. My question is what happens if you skip a dose do your cycle numbers start over or is it still considered a cycle.

Yes, the cycles start over.

Should be in your notes, and also as a reminder don’t start a new thread (separate post) when you already have one going for the day. Just add to the one you start each day, you can bring attention to it by changing the subject line prefix to a “?” Or add some text after your BG’s. It will get confusing and members may not see previous or new posts and then you may end up missing someone.
