It's not the litter, it's not the old Levemir. If a dose increase doesn't help, he'll be getting bloodwork. Or maybe even go ahead with the dental since they get bloodwork then too since if vet sees anything concerning she won't do dental and will treat instead.
Feel like I'm clunking my head against the wall here. Yes, possibility is there his arthritis is bothering him with the weather changes, but he had Adequan a week ago. Looks like he's overdue for his Clindamycin pulse therapy, so very well could be his teeth causing the higher numbers.
