His AMPS was 132, his +8 was 120 and his PMPS was 179 after eating some salmon with me about a half hour before the test. It didn't have anything on it. Based on today's range, I think I'll raise to 1.3U tomorrow. I'm home for 4 more days.

Otherwise he seems tired. Sleeps a lot. I found another small skin lesion today, near where I give shots on one side. It looks like a smaller version of the one on his back leg which I'll have removed sometime soon. The vet said she can do this type of removal quickly, so he can be put under with gas, the same as during his dentals. He recovered very quickly from that, so I'm glad. Although seeing how he's been this past few days I wonder if I should put him through it. I know it's important to get skin lesions taken care of.

I have not been giving him as much raw food and I think he's lost a few ounces, so have started that back up again, letting him eat what he wants to off the end of a syringe. Usually from 10 to 20cc's. He may be lacking protein, since I'm feeding a lesser quality food with the 9Lives. I also have not been giving him fluids as often since his BGs have been lower, but will have to go back to at least once a day. I gave them this AM and did not notice him drinking as much today. It was a little less humid today too.

He could just be feeling his arthritis more with the humidity. My hands have been bothering me, something I need to get checked out too, but I notice it during weather changes or extreme weather. The humidity is back on late tomorrow.

Be sure to let us know when he will have the skin lesions removed - so we can send him "get well" vibes that day.

Do you have AC? These 90s and the humidity have been pretty difficult this summer - and you are a few degrees hotter and probably more humid than we are here by the lake. I am sure that is effecting him.

will you have the bumps tested? Just thinking, if this is something G's body will be making in his old age, might be worth testing to see if they truely need to be removed or if they can be left unbothered.

Let us know when you are getting set to do it....
