Yo Kitties,
Rusty here. Tonight's Full Hunters' Moon Party is dedicated to our dear friend Zener. There will be a memorial place setting for him at the picnic table. Please come prepared to celebrate and to do some hunting and gathering for the feast. The venue is Camp Stu, where we can fish, hunt mice and other small rodents, sing our songs, dance, paddle in the moonbeams, and--best of all--have our Circle of Remembrance where we honor all of our beloved GAs. We'll sing to them and listen as their Celestial Chorus sings to us. We'll make our plans for Halloween, when the veil will be the thinest and we'll be able to see our GAs as well as hear them. Everyone invited. Tess will pick you up in the Kitteh Bus.

Party Menu:

Appetizers: Hot Tuna Toddies; Adirondack Microbrews; Sauteed Mouse Balls in Nip Gravy; Chipmunk Fillets; Assorted Paw Prints Pizzas; Wild Mushroom Compote; Autumn Insect Crunchies in Wild Honey; Sushi Bar manned by LL Sushi Chefs Neko and Tess.
Entrees: Pheasant Pot Pie; Wild Turkey Roast; Brunswick Stew; Wild Duck Gumbo; Grilled Lake Trout; Chef Mannie's Renowned PNW Poached Sockeye Salmon with Catnip Mayo; Chef Rusty's Thunderin' Bison Chili.
Salad: Butthead's & Donny's Adirondack Field Greens with Sunflower Seeds.
Desserts; Maggie's Signature Cheesecakes with Fresh Cranberry Topping; LL Chief Pastry Chef Tess' Surprise Dessert; Tobey's Cimmamum Cookies; Pumpkin Muffins; Chef Stu's World Famous Catmint Parfaits.

Ummmm, yummmmm. It is so sad about Zener but we will get to all be together tonight. Hopefully we will see him and all the other GAs as well. That would make us all feel better I think. Let me know what I can help with. I am good at taking orders. Tess should be here any minute. See ya soon! - T

Maui keptz whisperin tu wear mi Tux but can't find mi bowtie anywher! I tink I lef it at da last partee but I iz not tellin' MamaBean! U haz wun I can use? Maui won't leaf me alon iffin I don haz it. So beautiful with dedicating tonight's Full Hunters' Moon Party to our dear friend Zener. This party will be so special for all the kitties.

Thanks for keeping the tradition of making Maggie's cheesecakes. The Signature Cheesecakes with Fresh Cranberry Topping sounds soooo good as does everything on the menu. I can't wait to hear all about the party tomorrow and especially the Circle of Remembrance. I'm hoping, too, they will all see Zener tonight.

I'z got my fishin hooks 'n sushi knives all ready to go. Lookig forward to da feast, but even more da Circle of Remembrance. So many kitties I miss. I'll bring some special cucumbers for da sushi to honor da Z-man. ~Neko.

Iz lookin forward to not havin mommabean watchin mez all da time tonight....Iz so sad about Zman so happy we will be able to celebrate him and all da other kittehs who have cone ahead...

Just don't tellz me momma all da fuds iz eat tonight....cuz she gets mad cuz she sayz I gots sumfin called IBD, whatever DAT is.....

Yo Beans,
We are having a wonderful party. The moon is brilliant and we thought we could see Zener trying out his new wings in the moonbeams. Anyway, the Celestial Chorus, directed by Moonie, was singing such beautiful melodies and we all just glided along with their songs. We love being close to all our beloved GAs. They always comfort us when they tell us how well and content they are at the Bridge. They love their beans very much. Chefs Mannie and Stu were cooking a Heavenly Soup for the Hunters' Moon. We could smell it!
Now the Circle of Remembrance is concluded and we are going to dance and sing the BMG songs and it's time again to feast!

I will be there soon...my bean thinks I am curled up on the couch sleeping, but I'm sneaking out!! I wouldn't miss a party in honor of Zener. I'll bring the mouse I caught yesterday to share with everyone. -Billie

Wow! I didn't know I'd be able to see all the GAs, too! That's so cool! It's like I still has eyes! Dis is a great party. I's so glad you invited me. Mama says I eat too much, but dis food is soo good! Zener looks happy. I's glad he not hurting anymore. - Cinco
 
What a beautiful party, celebrating our dearest friend Zener and all of our GAs that went before him. The Kitty Choir was over-the-top amazing, and the fuds...oh, the fuds!!! A very, very special evening....
 
Was sooooooo happy to see Z-Man looking so good to see him arrive at the Bridge and greet all his buddies. He was running! and not sideways either! The singing was sooooo beautiful! But I misses so many of my friends. -- Tess
 
Amazing party last night Rusty!!

The fuds was great (as usual) and the choir! Oh the choir was so lovely!

Did any of you know Zener had such a lovely voice? I had him figured for a baritone! What a surprise when I heard that beautiful tenor voice.....and that falsetto was awesome!

Who knew??

Looking forward to the Halloween party when the veil will be lifted and we'll all be able to see Zener's new wings. I'm sure he looks fantastic in his uniform, err outfit that Maui issued err gave him
