Yo Kitties, It's here! The Full Buck (aka Thunder) Moon!!
We are going to celebrate tonight. And because today is CANADA DAY our party is going to be a cruise on the St. Lawrence River on the KittyLine. We'll set sail in Clayton NY, in the 1000 Islands, and visit famous islands in both the US (NY State) and Canada (Ontario). Then we will continue our journey to Quebec (Montreal and Quebec City), returning to Clayton in the wee hours. Hopefully we'll see the full moon somewhere on our trip (it's overcast in the region this morning). The Blue Mannie Group will be playing for the singing and dancing, we'll have lots of fishing rods for catching some St. Lawrence fish, we'll swim in the ship's pool, and eat some regional delicacies. And, best of all, we'll have our Circle of Remembrance on the top deck of the ship, so we'll be closer to our beloved GAs.
Here's the party menu. Feel free to bring some favorite dishes, especially Canadian dishes. The L&LL Kittybus will pick you up and take you to the embarkation port: Clayton.

Entrees: Grilled Venison Steaks; Tourtiere; Poutine; Montreal Rubbed Chicken; St. Lawrence River Fish Fry; Big-Foot Rabbit Kabobs on Pilaf; Chef Mannie's Renowned PNW Poached Sockeye Salmon with Catnip Mayo; Chef Rusty's Thunderin' Bison Chili with Fresh 1000 Islands Salsa.
Salads: Butthead's and Donny's St. Lawrence Field Greens with Thousand Islands Dressing; Fresh Picked, Edible Riverbank Flowers; Confetti Slaw.
Desserts: Maple-Creme Pie; Maggie's Signature Cheesecakes with Fresh Strawberries; Thunderhead Merangues with Local Berries; L&LL Chief Pastry Chef Tess' Surprise Dessert; Tobey's Cimmamum Cookies; Chef Stu's World Famous Catmint Parfaits.
