Full Beaver Moon Party Tonight; All Kitties Invited!

Yo Kitties,

Tonight is the Full Beaver Moon and we are going to celebrate on an island in the Beaver River. The beavers are very busy on the Beaver River and have agreed to welcome us into their lodge, as long as we can agree to forget that they are rodents (large rodents). We can fish, relax in the lodge for a while, and then have music and dancing on the island before forming our Circle of Remembrance. Our contact on Halloween with our dear GAs will be especially fresh in all our minds. I know we'll be able to see them all again tonight.
So come one, come all. Emma will pick you up in the LL Kitty Bus. We'll row to the island in boats or paddle there in canoes.

Party Menu.
Appetizers: Moon Microbrews; Moontinis; Pumpkin Soup; Cimmamum-spiced Beaver Chews (alder branches stripped especially for us by our hosts); Assorted Paw Prints Pizzas; Sushi Bar manned by LL Sushi Chef Tux and featuring Chef Neko's fabulous Sushi rolls made with Beaver River Fish.
Entrees; Big Moose Chili; Campfire-Roasted Chicken with Catnip Glaze; Grilled Fresh-caught Beaver River Rainbow Trout (you catch 'em, we grill 'em); Grilled Wild Turkey Sausage with Rosemary and Goat Cheese; Michigans (hotdogs) with the Chef's Special Sauce.
Salads: Beaver River Slaw with Maple Sap; Butthead's and Donny's marinated Adirondack Field Greens.
Desserts: Maggie's Signature Pumpkin Cheesecake with Maple Syrup; Tobey's Cimmamum Cookies; Cranberry-Apple Pies à la Chief Pastry Chef Tess; Surprise Riverbank Dessert à la Dessert Chef Sootie.

You ‘member Auntie Georgia...GA Simon’s mama? She and her DH visited Livvie and me for Halloween!! They came dressed like cats

It was up to me to be very friendly and make sure they felt welcome so I got in their bed. Liv got in their suitcases.

We are on da way! Liv has never seen beavers before. Mama has a special hat on Liv cuz she has those silly folded earz. We can’t wait to see Gracie and all the kitties.

The menu looks super duper yummy! Mama said she would love to eat those dishes. We put some cloves and nutmeg in da cimammum cookies.

Yo beans, The party is going strong. We are about to have our Circle of Remembrance. The beavers are curious. I think I can hear the Celestial Chorus right now. The full moon is like an echo chamber. I can't wait to see all my GA friends again.
Later we'll have more dancing and singing and the beavers said they would help paddle us back to the bus.

Thanks Ella! Katie is already 4 years old and a real sweetheart. She's still very much a kitten with her playfulness and lots of Tortitude.

Yo Felix, "Paw Prints Pizzas" are made by Lola and Bug (@Michelle and Mannie (GA) . They make them for our parties. I don't make the pizzas, but I'm sure that Lola & Bug would be pleased to have an apprentice. They have seasonal specialties as well as "traditional" pizzas, and a pizza oven is permanently installed on the L&LL Kitty Bus.

Your crunchy croutons were enjoyed by all. I'm really glad you joined the Kitchen Krew. Can you do tacos?
