Our cat was diagnosed with diabetes in November of 2025. He just refuses to eat wet pate food like Friskies and Nine Lives. He’s currently on Purina OM dry food. However I bought some frozen “Smalls” wet food and he actually loves it. Is “Smalls” ok for diabetic cats? What other frozen or raw foods are good for diabetic cats?

Pretty much any commercially available brand of complete raw food is good for diabetics 
Veggies and fruit are just fillers which may mean stinky poop in cats with sensitive tummies so try to feed a brand that doesn't contain those. Primal is one brand that is heavy on the veggies and fruits.
A good bland raw brand to try is Vital Essentials. It is available as both freeze dried and frozen. Small Batch is another one.
Savage Raw is a really good one but expensive. Some independent stores sell it or you can order it online from the company web site. Darwin's is another one but I think it's only sold online from the company.
