Hey everyone happy weekend! You guys are always so helpful so I'm hoping you guys can work your magic again.
Calling all internet shoppers: Does anyone know of a good site to order Frontline plus for cats for cheap? Last year I had ordered from pet products xpress I believe and it came out to about $6 a dose versus $15 at the vet. However they're based in the UK so it took a very long time to get here and there's scam alerts online for them so I'm looking for a valid cheap reputable source where it won't take a month to show up. I had to watch my mom's dog who had fleas, I took the hit for Jerry and got him a dose as he's got enough problems but need to treat his "siblings." As always I appreciate the help and input thank you!

I recently order Capstar & Advantage from ebay received it within a few days. I just checked the Advantage vendor's ebay postings for Frontline and they did not have any listed. However, the vendor where I purchased the Capstar has a 3 pack for $33.50. http://www.ebay.com/itm/FRONTLINE-P...200?pt=LH_DefaultDomain_0&hash=item5af05ca990
Shipping was prompt with both vendors and I had the stuff within a week. I usually use Advantage and have bought it from ebay several times with different vendors. I almost always receive it within one week and never had any issues with it. Also check on Amazon, sometimes they have better prices than ebay.

For both Frontline Plus and Advantage II, I have ordered the gigantic dog size, and used a 1 mL syringe without a needle to measure up the amount needed to treat a cat. For Advantage II, this is 0.4 mL.

With Capstar, because of the good safety profile, I can quarter a large dog tablet and dose 4 cats.

I got that info from 1) a local rescue and 2) the FDA application materials for CapStar.

I've done the same with Capstar. My vet even cut it into quarters for me.

I order Frontline/Advantage for my Mom's cats from http://www.entirelypets.com. Use code "SHOP10" for 10% off.
And you can type "free samples" in the search box and it will give you the opportunity to purchase samples of food, treats catnip for only a penny.

Wish I'd read this before yesterday. I used to split the Frontline big dog dose for my cats but didn't think you could do that with Advantage II (not advantix, that cannot be used on cats!). I have had TERRIBLE luck with Frontline this year so switched to Advantage II which is killing the fleas. However, I just spent over $200 on one months dose for the cats and stray kittens. I'm splitting next month if it's safe.

This works for any flea product where the concentration of ingredients is the same and only the dose differs.

As always great information!
I hadn't known it came in big increments you could split yourself until last night browsing around so great to know it's tried and true by a few.
I also hadn't ever heard of the entirely pets website either so thanks a bunch and glad this helped others too!

if you find a price online you can then contact 1800petmeds and they will price match. they are florida based and shipment arrives pretty quickly.
