From Murphy - A suggestion on hard to control hyperglycemics

Hey all. Just a suggestion to throw out to you. Murphy has a testimonial on vetriscience.com about her recovery and the use of Vetri-DMG, which is an immune booster, but also has qualities that help to regulate BG in hyperglycemic animals. I believe this attributed to her control and lack of need for insulin, although there were other contributors, like busting butt! DMG is an amino acid, it comes in a liquid formula, and the entire time, I used just a small drip twice per day in her food (can't taste it) and I'm still giving it to her. It truly does control BG.

The other thing is that I had been giving, and am still giving, acetyl l-carnitine for Murphy's hock in her back feet. 250 mg per day in powder formula. I purchased it from Vitacost.com, at the suggestion of her vet, and I am still giving it to her in the a.m. Guess what -- HOCK IS GONE! SHE'S ON HER TIPPY TOES!!!

So, just a few little tidbits of information in case some of you are beating her heads against the wall. I believe in these two products 150%

Lisa

I looked at her SS but it's not current. She was throwing in some yellow in May. What are her BGs now?

Thanks for the info....I have friends who also use this for immunostimulant.
