The switch from PZI Vet to Lantus begins in the AM.

Other then GoLow, GoSlow any advice on what we can expect (other then high numbers early on)

The ideal place to get info on Lantus is the Lantus support group: viewforum.php?f=9 The stickies at the top have all you have ever wanted to know about how Lantus works. Post a message over there and you will get some excellent advice.

(There are lantus users on this forum, as well as other insulin users, but everyone on the Lantus forum uses Lantus.)

Hi Jay,

I've heard from those switching to Lantus from another insulin that there's quite a bit of difference. Start by reading the stickies on the Lantus portion of the Insulin Support Groups forum. As you get further along in the change that is the best place to get specific advice.
