AMPS Frankie is 23.1 (416) and at +4 he is the same - 23.1 (416). Tonight's last meal of the day will be the last of the high carb food, thank goodness. Here's to lower numbers at some point later this week!!

Looks like that HC food Frankie had to eat has really done a number on his BG. Hopefully once it is out of his system he can get down to business and get back into those blues and high greens.
