Hello, does anyone know or have links to information on the maximum amount of Forti Flora and/or catnip that can be safely given to a cat in 24 hours? Any limit that should not be exceeded? I gave a neighbor 5 packets of Forti Flora less than 36 hours ago and she came by this morning asking for more. She has one healthy indoor cat. I noticed that the FF packet says one per 24 hours. What's been your experience? Thank you, Sophie

There is no toxic dose of Fortiflora, but continuously overdosing can cause GI upset. I would let her know that only ONE satchel should be given per day. She can split it up and give half a satchel twice a day if she'd like.

I would say only if it's being overdosed. Generally probiotics will help with constipation.
