Food chart in excel?

Dr. Lisa included a chart that is sorted in ascending order by phosphorus. I think it was "current" a year ago, but if any recipes have changed, they wouldn't be reflected in the chart.

She also created a chart that can be sorted by any of the column headings

She does list this "disclaimer" on her page:

please note that it will not be kept as up-to-date as this chart.
