Fluffy still not eating

I am at my wits end. Yesterday he ate a little tuna, about 5 treats and a a few pieces of dry. So far today he has only eaten 4 treats. He will not eat chicken, tuna, dry food, canned food, I even tried dry dog food. no luck. He sits by the water dish and stares at it and you can tell by the litter box that he is not peeing much. I do not know what to do.

He needs food. If he has ketones in his urine and has an active UTI infection, DKA can become a serious complication. I would discuss it with your vet.

Sometimes when my cat tells me he isn't hungry, I can pet him and pet him and keep shoving the plate under his nose. Or I tempt him with little pieces of boiled chicken.

Syringe feeding may be called for. Do you check for ketones at home? Call back the vet with your concerns. Though if he tells you not to worry, I'd seek other advice.

You say that he stares at his water dish. Is he drinking? Is he dehydrated?

I would (and do myself) syringe feed my cats when necessary.
