Fluff's food

is it ok to give Fluff canned tuna with the water drained. Also I spoke to a friend of mine that also haves a diabetic cat and she gives her cat Greenies as treats. That is what she got from the vet. Is that ok?

You can give the tuna as a treat, Rose, but not as a steady diet. It doesn't have the supplements that Fluffy needs. Be sure to get the water packed tuna and then you can give the tuna water also.

I am not sure about Greenies but I am thinking no. Generally the hard treats have carbs. It's usually the dried or flaked treats that are okay.
