Flea meds

Hello! Does anyone know if it is safe for a diabetic cat to wear a flea collar? Since it's close to the injection site, could the collar cause problems?

I myself wouod never use a free collar.

I just put Frontline Plus on my cats a few days ago. Still saw fleas on them.

I use Revolution Plus and I get it from Australia. Way cheaper and no need for a prescription!

I've had my cats on the local brand flea meds but I've been considering collars because they've worked really well for friends. I'm not looking for advice on the type or brand of flea meds. I'm just wondering if the collar would not be good because it will rest near the injection site. Can it poison my kitty because of that specific reason?

I have no idea. I doubt it would cause a problem
