Lantus shelf life ? Being on the medical fringes (EMT), I know that medication shelf lives are greatly underestimated to increase the drug companies’ profit margins.

My Salt is on 2iu/2x/d and there is no way we’ll use the entire supply in a month.

I was told 28d (refrigerated). I’m betting some of you can educate me otherwise…….
 
Folks get roughly 6 months, refrigerated on a stationary shelf.

Also, next time you need Lantus, check out the last post here in this "Insulin from Canadian Pharmacies" thread

The pens are the best buy since you can use every last drop (they're like buying little 3ml vials instead of the 10ml vial) and each pen is good until the expiration date on the box..usually 2 years

A LOT of us are buying from Marks now because the cost (including shipping) is still 1/3rd the cost here in the states
