First Low Number-what does that mean?

I just had my 1st low number-doesn't fit it with Suki's pattern at all. What does this mean? Just a fluke or does it mean the Lantus is finally really working?

Makes me a bit nervous since I'm going away for 6 days next week and a friend is going to do the shots-she has never checked BG before-I will show her tomorrow night but I don't want her to freak out over it either and pressure her to do it.

I'll check again in a while and see if her number comes up above 150 to shoot her 6pm shot.

Was everything normal today? Like amount of food eaten? Any vomiting? This evening PS is abnormal but if such lower number persist that is very good.
I wpp;d not give a full dose and maybe no insulin tonight.

ALso, to avoid confusion I suggest that you retitle your spreadsheet as Suki's SS and not Suki's Profile. A profile is general information about your cat.

Maybe didn't eat as much as usual this morning. No vomiting. I gave her regular dose since it jumped back up to 160 and now its at 335.

If anything she might be going low into green more often than you think. I would try and get more mid cycle tests in. If she is dropping under 50 it would mean her current dose is too high but without catching that low you have no way of telling.
