Robbie hit 288 at PMPS +4 and got some food (1/4 can FF with water) and the feeder is set for 3am - with another 1/4 can - hoping he will let me sleep past 5am and will test him and dose at 7am tomorrow - hoping for a decent number to go with. I have a 8:30am phone conference with the Vet to ask a few questions and get some input - not expecting much out of this but do want to bring him into the loop of what's going on. I'm going to bed and not worrying about where Robbie is headed at 288 it would take an awful lot to get him down too low -

Thank you Sue - he was happily sleeping on my feet at 2am when I had to use the bathroom - and of course that means I'm up, I have thumbs, I can open a can of food - so he followed me and was pestering me for food I knew the autofeeder was going to feed him at 3am so I loved him up, gave him 2 little freeze dried chicken treats and went back to bed. At 2:45 my husband got up to use the bathroom- Robbie pestered him so he woke me to ask if he could just open the feeder 15 minutes early and let him eat. I said fine. So at 2:45 he got 1/4 can of FF with some water. At 5:45 like clock work the little brat started his caterwalling. I got up and played with him with the feather toy - he got some exercise till I could see he was going to start to wheeze a bit from his asthma so I stopped and just held him. Well now it's 6:15... and hes crying and putting his paws on my leg and pacing around the room. Of course our other cat is up too - she won't cry unless Robbie stops but she's pacing around and giving me the evil glare. They are SO trained that they get a 1/4 can at around 5:45am as I stumble around trying not to wake up too much and that holds them till I get up at 7ish (or on Saturdays 7:15ish since I sleep in  ). I"m going to push this as long as I can - I don't want to test him cause if I see a high 300's or worse I will react and want to shoot early etc. and I'd really like this weekend to be consistent and see where he goes on 4.5 or thereabouts without all the interference of food at the wrong time or shooting an hour early - at least if thats possible.
