Hello, my name is Michele Cabot and I am a new member. My one cat Wincy was finally diagnosed with IBD, and the Vet began Prednisone for two weeks and then began the weaning process. He then prescribed Budesonide daily, and Wincy is doing well. I have spent so much money trying homeopathic remedies and changing foods, and it is so rewarding now, to see a healthy, happy cat. I joined to try and help others find wellness for their kitties.

Is Wincy now diabetic? If yes then likely the prednisone cause it and changing to budesonide or may likely get Wincy in remission.

When you post please provide what y are feeding Wincy, if on insulin or med and what meds (type insulin) and dose and frequency of the meds
