FELINE ACNE figured it out thanks

We do not have flees here, high altitude desert. I have seen Feline Acne before as Mouzer had it. Ben eats from glass saucers. It may be bacteria taken hold from stress. Mouzer's disappeared with the plastic bowls and washing with warm water.
Upon research I find diluted Witch hazel or hydrogen peroxide to kill bacteria after cleansing with warm water and a child's toothbrush. I know not to use anything with salicylic acid (aspirin). I recently got
Ledum palustre 30c for his ear, could this help?

I never heard of using Ledum palustre for acne. A popular treatment for cats is with the human acne med Stridex. The active ingredient in Stridex is salicylic acid.
