Everyone feeling good around here. Sammy is still swimming along and my other cat Sylly (Sylvester) is living up to his nickname, running around last night and generally being a pain. He will be 16 in June, but since going on low carb with Sammy last Oct, has lost weight and is feeling great now.

And yes, sometimes I think I am running a nursing home for cats.
