Farewell to Star

Some of you might remember my cat Star. He was diagnosed March 1, 2013, and went off the juice April 15 of that same year, thanks mostly to the good advice and compassionate guidance I received from my new friends on this board. I just wanted to let you know that Star has crossed the Rainbow Bridge. He developed congestive heart failure and was suffering, so we let him go. Thank you all again so very much for helping me keep Star for the past three years. I will love him and miss him for the rest of my life. Best wishes to you and to all of your cats, extra-sweet and unsweetened.

I am so sorry for your loss. Hold close and cherish all your wonderful memories of him and he will live on in your heart until the day you meet again.

Beautiful Star! I'm so sorry for your loss.. Look up every night and think of him and he will be The brightest most twinkly star in the night sky looking down on you.
 
Star was a pretty little kitty, and a pretty adult kitty. What a great life you gave to Star. Fly free sweet kitty, and wait for your mommy at the Rainbow Bridge.
