All the woman said was
This one has a different shade of green on the label. That’s why I checked the ingredients. Sure enough, it was different. There are probably still some of the old stock on the shelves

Not really . If you want/need to restrict proteins you need a LID (limited ingredient diet) labeled food. To keep cost down manufacturers seem to frequently use some fish. This is especially now because the bird flu ended up with many poultry produces having to kill their flocks. That is the main reason for the high price of eggs.

Really the only ones they will eat is chopped grill, chicken, & chicken & liver from fancy feast. They also eat some of the BFF weruva pate's, Spook isn't to keen on them though cats

I contacted them a few months ago about the complete change in formula for the FF beef in gravy food - it went from pieces in clear gravy to a sort of weird shredded mush, and my IBD cat who had been eating that food without issues for two years suddenly got liquid diarrhea from it... they insisted the formula had not changed and sent me coupons. End of story, impossible to have an actual conversation or get real info.
