I have noticed that several of you mention fancy feast classics as good low carb options.
But the " classics" aren't on binky's list, the old one or the new one. So why? Where are the numbers?
For example, chicken feast classic is not there. I don't want to make any assumptions based on a different chicken variety because I've noticed from the list that the carbs
aren't the same.
Is there another chart somewhere that has the fancy feast classics on it?
I was comparing what Shadow was eating in canned food before ( Friskies - turkey and cheese in gravy or chicken bites in gravy and a few others, most of her old favorites
averages 13 % in the carbs. So in her case, it was probably the unknown carb factor in the numerous treats she got like greenies.
I am just trying to create a shopping list with canned varieties that are 8 carbs or less ( shortcut) and make a spreadsheet shopping list accessible to anyone that eliminates all those other higher carb choices in the list.
There are several new foods out there and I know someone was working on updating the binky list. I found some new brand called Before Grain, Precise Holistic
and the Blue Buffalo Wilderness grainfree high protein chicken. I am trying to find out the carbs on these to know if they are good possibilities.
Shadow's bg has dropped 100 since diagnosis and I think it is the change of diet. She's stilled stressed because she hates' all the testing and the shots so I think
her numbers are reflecting that still.
