Famotidine dose

I am thinking about adding famotidine to the mix of cerenia, probiotic, mirataz ointment. I just need to know the dose? Also thinking about syringe feeding Candi the duration of the antibiotics. Any feed back?

A typical dose regime is 0.25 to 0.5 mg per pound or 0.5 to 1.0 mg/kg every 12 to 24 hours. If you are using Pepcid AC or generic, the pills are usually 10 mg. So for a 10 lb cat you would give between 1/4 to 1/2 a pill.
