Hello!
I was wondering if there was anyone who could explain the physiology or at least an exlanation as to the followng......
Once the cat is off insulin and the BG is a little higher in the AM (but still normal)---why does it go down a few hours after they eat?

 Thank you. I guess what I meant was how come their BG will be higher before they eat?

maybe stress from the thought that they are starving?

More likely something to do with the lower insulin production because there is no sugar to burn?
