No, but I did have one treated with Leukaran.
She always had GI upset several hours afterward, despite them telling me she wouldn't. Several hours after treatment, she always had nausea, vomiting, and diarrhea (explosive!) and I had to insist they give her meds to forestall that.
Some cats have a greater amount of gut-associated lymphatic tissue, which is what the drug was aiming at (her lymphoma), so basically killed off a layer of intestine every time administered to her, making her violently ill.
You cat's condition may be different, and your cat may respond differently, so the only way to know is to try it ... just be prepared!
