But if Angel will eat canned or raw foods, those will be a healthier option than dry, no matter how low in carbs the dry food might be. And if Angel likes to free feed, it's fine to leave canned food out to do that. If you look at the stickies at the top of this forum, Dr. Lisa has some links about the impact of dry vs. wet food. Just something to consider if you're in the process of changing food anyway.
