Buddy wasn't put on insulin yet because his BG numbers aren't high enough at this point to warrant it.
Excited but at the same time a little anxious because it looks like his numbers are starting to climb. :sad:
I'm attempting to do a +0, +2 and +4 reading tonight so I can get a glimpse at how his pancreas is functioning. He's hardly touched his dinner and what I'm wondering is if he'll have enough in him to register a truly reflective +2 read. (We're talking maybe a minute of leisurely eating tops.) Is there some threshold that you guys use to determine when your cats have eaten enough to make for good testing?
