Just came across this brand.
I went through almost all of the varieties and only came up with carrageenan in one.
They even have an organic line.
Fruit and vegitable additives are minimal.

Is anybody feeding this? Or heard anything about it?

They have a very broad selection.
One selection in the grain free meats comes in a 22 oz can.

There is nothing in it but meat, liver, guar gum and water.
Its not a balance meal but then again there are no additives what so ever.

Plug into this carb counter

In cats and dogs,
carb 3.5 calories/gram
protein 3.5 calories/gram
fat 8.5 calories/gram

How accurate is that one?
I have used other calculators on food that has been quantified on Binky's and elsewhere and have gotten wild results that have not matched up.

Did calculations. The 22 oz can of chicken came in at the highest at 5.5%

Beef Tips w/Gravy.

I plugged that in and got -1.5% and -6 calories per 100g
Those are negative results.

on their website they make this claim.
I remember having carb values for some of their line and I'm trying to find it to share. I couldn't find any Evanger's in any stores near me and gave up on it but it was once
on my find this list.

Bear in mind... this is their claim.

5. Can I feed Evanger's products to my diabetic dog or cat?
Yes... Diabetic dogs and cats need to reduce carbohydrate intake while maintaining a balanced diet. Evanger's canned diets contain so much meat (exception: Vegetarian Dinner and 100% Sweet Potato), that they can often be incorporated into the diet of diabetic dogs and cats with healthy kidneys. Diabetic dogs and cats should eat more fowl than red meat. Gold Line Chicken Dinner and Beef Dinner offer dogs a balanced meal with no added carbohydrates. Similarly, Hand Packed Whole Mackerel with Gravy for cats is a delicious low-carb meal. The eight Grain Free Game Meats and Hunk of Beef and Wild Salmon are nutrient-rich, tasty supplements or treats for diabetic dogs and cats. Please remember that diabetes is a serious medical condition that requires veterinary care. Pets being treated with insulin will require blood checks and possible insulin adjustment when changes are made to the diet.

I have 3 stores within striking distance that carry the product.
I am getting pricing from one for the 22 oz cans. The online price works out to .099 cents per oz. plus shipping.

If you can find any other information that would be great.

Just got the price on that 22 oz cans of Avanger. 2.99.
Works out to 13.59 cents per oz.
Which = 75 cents for a 5.5 oz can.
and 1.77 for a 13 oz can.
Pretty good savings.
