Hello everyone,

When I plug my numbers in the spread sheet in the US mode they are no longer being automatically transferred to world. Please advise as how I can rectify this problem?

Thanks!
Tamara

Hey Tamara,

You know when you first set up the spreadsheet there were a bunch of "0"s on the US one? Did you happen to delete them? Cuz if you did, then you deleted the "formula" for automatically transferring the numbers. I did that b/c I hated seeing the "0"s so I used to/still do just type it in twice...drives me crazy but I got used to it.

I never bothered with the 2 tabs.... the way I saw it, why not put both numbers in the same field and let everyone see the same info?
If I tested a 14.1, then I would type in 14.1 254 and then color the box yellow.

Not sure about the international spreadsheet (I assume it's the same), but ours has conditional formatting so that when you type in a number (ie: 257), the box automatically fills w/ the color.

I've added rows in between for additional info, and if I recall correctly, I deleted the conditional formatting for them (or else it didn't automatically do it). Or maybe since most is text it doesn't read as a number and try to color it. Also, if doing something like a "+5", if you'll type in an apostrophe first, it will then read that as text, not a numerical application. '+5 instead. The apostrophe does not show up.

Thanks for the replies:)

I don't remember erasing the O's! That's too bad as I was pretty imrpressed with the program.
Oh well!
Tamara
