Eleanor Vomiting Again, Time for Insulin

She has to have her insulin shot because she is running so high, but what am I supposed to do if she is vomiting her food? Shoot full dose and...what?

Well, I fed 30 minutes before shot, she held it down, her PS was 372 so I shot full dose. Will feed more now and monitor bg every 1/2 hour, if she starts vomiting again, I guess I will just keep putting more food in. I have Karo....I don't know what I am doing.
