Duke's BG is at 8.7 mmol/L (157 mg/dl) any advice as to what i should do, i will stall for 30 min and check again but i don't think he will rise much as he was only 7.4 mmol/L (133mg/dl) 4 hours ago AM+ 8.
Duke PMPS 8.7mmol/L (157 mg/dl). Dose help please.

Duke's risen to 10.0mmol/L (180mg/dl) so i will give him his full dose.
