Dry paw pads

I noticed that along with neuropathy Beenie's rear paw pads are very dry and yellowish, not pink like they used to be. Is there anything that can be put on them to soften and soothe them?

Maury's were a little dry-er with his neuropathy too, wonder if it's related but not like a guaranteed thing . I had my Mum use Tender Paw for our Greyhound, she lives with them, and it seemed to help . Was just a petco brand
