Drops of pee after urination

I just followed Chocolate into the bathroom where her litterbox is to do a ketone test..success..then I came back in my room where she was already laying down on the rug and on the wood floor there were a few little wet spots leading to where she is..I can only assume it was urine because it couldn't have been anything else and they lead to where she is. Any ideas-what's up with that?

I've had a couple cats have problems along those lines, but only when they were quite quite ill and just not controlling everything perfectly anymore.

Does she have long hair, maybe a little mis-aiming problem and got some leftovers?

I am pretty sure they have some meds for incontinence, but if it seems like more than just a once or twice thing, I'd go to the vet for a check in. Could be a health problem behind it?

Perhaps neuropathy might impair the ability to completely close sphincter muscles.
