ok so, I dropped of our precription today with the Lantus card. Was written 1 pen, 4 refills. Tried to convince the girl that meant $25 per pen for 4 and then the 5th one at whatever cost that is. Will know tomorrow if I get a break or am paying full bore for the pens. they will NOT sell one pen...only a full box. Tried to convince her other Costco's do, but she wasn't buying that either.
