Dosing Help!!

We hit our first green on Lantus!!

Of course, I'm supposed to give him his insulin like now. I'm doing the slow method, not tight regulation. I just upped his insulin to 1.5 yesterday.

I can't change my schedule too much and I won't be able to test him a lot today because we are heading out. I'm pretty sure I should skip it till tonight, but in sure the more experience people can advise me.

He may bounce and go up today, but since you don't know for sure and won't be able to test much, it is probably best to skip this morning. You'll get another chance to shoot a low number when you can monitor.
