Pudden had a low dip today from the high 400s to 111 in 6 hours.. I was actually going to raise her insulin this morning since her numbers were always high in am and pm, but I am so glad I didn't!
When i got the 111 reading, I was actually just leaving for my friends house who was going to watch Pudden for a little while. I had an appt and needed Pudden to have her eye drops (she poked her eye and is getting an antibiotic) so my friend agreed to do it so it was done on time. I had to give Pudden some high carb food so she didn't go lower while I was gone. Now she is in the 400s again which is probably a combo of the food and a bounce. I am wondering what dose I should give tonight? Should I do .75 again? Is that big a drop normal and I overreacted?
