Numbers are 293 before food and insulin this morning. He normally gets 1.5 units Prozinc. Do I decrease? His morning numbers are usually above 300.
Dosing advise needed

I test several times a day when possible. I have a new situation. My sister is in hospital. Can I dose him early? Do I need to stay with him for a little bit prior to staying at hospital overnight?

as long as the numbers are high enough, you can dose a little early. I think he's probably ok to leave for the day... just leave down some food to graze on. Sorry your sister isn't well.
