Dosing advice please :)

Molly dropped below 50 twice in 3 days. I decreased her dose by 0.25 both times. However, her numbers are creeping up today, so I'm wondering if I should have decreased both times. How long should I hold the new dose before increasing if no improvement in her numbers? 3 days? Just would hate to lose the momentum she has going even if it means no sleep for me lol

We don't usually take back to back reductions because we usually want to wait for the depot to stabilize at the new dose first.

That being said, I'd just hold the 2.5 for now.....with the low numbers she's gotten over the past few days, she could be bouncing and the only thing you can do about that is wait it out.

Let's see what she's looking like tomorrow.....If you'll try to post daily (or every couple of days) we can help a lot more and help explain how lantus works best
