? Dosing advice for Gabapentin

Looking for advice on brand/dose of Gabapentin to use. Capsule? Powder? Chewable treat?
Maestro weight 17.4 pounds. Thank you.

My 12 lb girl gets 100mg capsule in am and a 50mg caps at night. For the 50 mg I have to seperate and put in a #3 capsule.

Is it available OTC or need an prescription? What brand do you use?

A script is required so you get what is dispensed. My civi Moxie (~10#) is on 50 mg twice daily. I get the 100 mg capsules and divide it.
