Dose increase? Numbers still all over the place. Frustrated mamma.

I was excited because I was finally getting lower numbers after Toes dental. Now he's still all over the place but better. Just want another opinion on increasing him to 3u BID. He is currently still at 2.75u BID and hqs been for quite some time now. He is Def in better spirits lately.

Yes I would increase. Nadirs are still high enough, you have room
