Nothing you can do but ride it out. Tge infection likely is causing an increase in BG which antibiotics should help. Hang in there.

Unsure how the infection plays with this. The infection came months before the dx of diabetes. He was just starting to hang in the upper 200s and now it's hanging in the 300s (318 - 360s).
