at 117 pre am shot, I should not give any insulin, correct?

Will the curve still give beneficial information without insulin, or does the BG still do the curve/ U with or without insulin?

Correct - no insulin on that lovely PS. :) His numbers are really good.
 
The purpose of the curve is to see the action of the insulin, so if you didn't give insulin, I wouldn't do a curve today.

Oh ok...oh geez. So now if he has a higher number this week when I have to go to work I won't really know if I can give insulin since I haven't gotten a good curve in. So I'll be safe than sorry this work week then right?? I have all day today free too lol.

it's almost like I want him to have a higher number next weekend then right so I can finally do an accurate curve?
Without insulin do cats just go higher? Unless their own body helps?

No need to test today unless it's just out of curiosity. If you are worried about a dose, I'd just go very small. 0.25
