Richard has been on 1.5U for a week already. This increase results are ambiguous: on one hand, he now have BG in 100-200 range at some point almost daily, on the other pre-shot BG is constantly high and somehow even worse than on 1.25U. I rarely can check BG post +4 at night, and +4 seems to be too early for anything interesting.

Today got a spot check of 77 at +7, so wondering should I keep the dose or go back to 1.25U for some time.

Since you are following SLGS you would reduce. If you could get a second test at night and every cycle you could follow TR and not reduce.

Ok, will make reduction, at least for today (as PMPS is lower when usual).
