Please help! Should I increase Juju’s dose tonight? Please look at his spreadsheet, he has had a few 120s-140s on 3.5u, but I see he mostly spends the day in the high 200s (250+). Today he got 130s at +7..

Overall the nadirs are over 150 so I would increase to 3.75.
